Morse mobile application software (hereinafter referred as “the Application”) is an instant messaging application that provides users a high degree of information security and personal privacy protection. When you are using the Application, we may collect or record some information related to you. It is always our highest priority and policy to respect your privacy information. The Application’s User

If you are using mobile phone number (or Email account) to apply for an account, the Application will request you to provide a mobile phone number (or Email account) to receive the Application activation code.

This activation code is sent to you via SMS (or email). This mobile phone number (or Email account) will be stored in our server. The Application’s server also uses this mobile phone number (or Email account) to find your friends. For example, when your friend and you both have the mobile phone number (or Email account) saved in address book, and you both registered as a user, both of you will automatically added each other as a contact in the Application.

To properly use the Application, you have to allow the Application to access your device's address book. Phone numbers in your device's address book will be uploaded to the Application's servers to find your friends, and that result will be stored in the Application's servers as well.

The Application also requires information such as the type and version of your device's operating system, the device ID, the device type and name, and the IP address.

Unless requested by applicable law or regulation, legal process, or government, otherwise our company does not disclose your personal information to third party.

When you are using the Application to share photo, video, and geographic location to friends, the shared content is cached on the Application's server or on a third-party CDN acceleration server for purpose of improving performance. Although cached content is purged over time, the Application cannot guarantee that it will not be copied or accessed before it is purged. The Application doesn't provide a way to remove content from the cache, but all content stored at the Application’s server is encrypted, and no one, including our employees, able to view the content. The avatars uploaded to your profile will be cached on the server in a similar manner. Even if you delete your avatars, the avatars stored in the cache will not necessarily be deleted.

Principle on Gathering of Personally-Identifying Information

The Application require to collect your information as you use and communicate through our Services, and your information will be used to help on operate, provide, improve, understand, customize, support, and market our Services without sharing your information to third party.

User Behavior Data Collection

Our company may collect statistics about the behavior of the Application's users. Our company may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, our company does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.
